How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours and you should receive your order within 3 to 7 working days. Delays may be expected. Please contact the freight company to track your parcel

How much is shipping? Do you ship internationally?

We offer free shipping within Australia on orders over $100. We ship internationally - Postage fees are calculated at checkout

My item has been damaged during shipment.
Please contact us straight away with your order details and images of the damaged product and we will organize a new product to be sent out straight away.

I have been sent the incorrect item.
In the unlikely event that you have been sent the wrong item please contact us with your order details and we will organise the correct item to be dispatched as soon as possible. We will require you to send back the incorrect item at our expense.

Returns policy?
We are happy to an exchange or refund within 14 days of order provided the product has not been opened or used. Please refer to our returns policy for more information.

what is the expiry date on your products?

We recommend that our products are used within 6 months of opening.

What if I have a reaction?

If you have a reaction with our products, please discontinue use and contact us for a full refund. Seek medical attention if required. A patch test is recommended before use.

Are your products safe for pregnant woman?

Yes our products are safe. We can also custom make our products for you. We do recommend you double check with your doctor prior to using as our products.

Our products do contain essential oils. If there is an ingredient that you would prefer not to use we are happy to customize to your needs. 

Sometimes I can order the same product and it can be different?

We make small, fresh batches that are handmade which can vary from time-to-time.
